Happy Hour runs until 7pm and offers some appetizer specials. It’s also a great place to grab dinner. (See a .pdf of their dinner menu.) On Wednesday, all Texas beers are $2.50. (See a .pdf of the full drink menu.)

Tshirt Pickup

If you ordered tshirts (in the fall or spring), they are here! This is your best opportunity to pick up your shirts before football season starts in September!

Volunteer

Finally, we have a couple of spots to fill on our board. If you’ve wanted to get involved, now is your chance.

• I – ibis; sports. This is our largest commitment. We have one person in this role, so you’d be responsible for decorations and the sign in sheet at half of our game watch parties. This is weekly football in the fall, 2-3 (or more if we make playoffs) basketball watch parties in the early spring, and hopefully 1-2 baseball watch parties, too. Several times a year, we co-watch with the other school’s alumni group, so you’d also help coordinate that when we host them.
• communications – In August, we need help setting up the websites’ calendars (entering in all the football games on both sites). During football season, we need help updating either/both sites as the game times are announced…usually on Tuesday before the game on Saturday.
• whatever else – as always if you have an idea for a program/event and want to head that up, we can create any role we want. So, feel free to share any ideas you have. We’ll either create a role for you or let you work with the person that would fall under.
